I started a challenge for myself because I was very unhappy and fell into a bad place. I’ve been sober since New Year’s and I’m staying sober until my 19th birthday which is on April 29. I will allow myself to drink here and there. I drink a gallon of water a day and go for a walk every single morning I go to the gym four times a week I eat 1300 cal in clean eating, but I do give myself a cheat day once a week to curve the cravings I feel really good mentally and physically it’s been just over a month I still have a long way to go.
