I didn't really watch what I ate and had too much resveratrol...AKA wine!

But did hit the goal of being 210 or under so that's a good thing. I have a birthday in about a month so the goal for the month is pretty lofty. I want to break the 190 mark, even if it's 188.8.

Got that right. I hope that each week of doing what I intended to do - right now record what I eat and get in supplies to do the calories on target. Not sure what to do for rewards - I do have a discount movie place nearby - walking distance so I could do two goals/challenges.
