Just losing and gaining the same 2kg over and over, don't seem to be able to commit 100% and that makes it impossible to move past the 79kg mark. I really, really want to make the healthy weight range milestone (which is 76kg) and I have been denying myself this goal for too long. Have a 9-day trip to China next week, and won't try to do anything but maintain while I'm there. After that, maybe time to lose 4kg and finally make that 76kg mark!
From experience, there's no point trying too hard this week- any weight I lose this week will go back on the second I even inhale any carbs in China. It's less disappointing to not even try to lose weight this week!
PS. Wrote this entry on Monday and I'm back down under 80kg (I think I was 79.5 again this morning). I'm going to try exercising more this week and while I'm in China, to maintain weight, at least.
