Honey is NOT good for me! My inflammation is higher when I consume raw honey. Last night after exercising all day (walking 17 500 steps like normal)- but having loads of honey in the day I was having pain most of last night…low sugar fruits are ok for me…dates are good for me…one block of very dark chocolate is ok for me…
