Went up a tad, but not worried. You can't worry about a few ounces. This is how it's been from day one, but I end up losing and getting towards my goal. I didn't cheat yesterday, so I know I'm good. Not much activity being that I was at work and have a desk job.

Thanks Jonathon. I sure hope so. I hope the weight just flows on off...LOL. I bought some new scrubs today. I bought 2 shirts that are 2 sizes smaller than what I wear now. They are my incentive because one is a NasCar shirt and the other is a Phillies shirt. I also bought a two other outfits in the size I've been taking--and they look like they may be too big!

Suzi--Thank you! I don't let one or two pounds get me concerned (well, I try not to). I seem to go up a little and then down a little more. I can't wait to get to 200! Then, I will do the nightly exercises.
