I am really pleased with this weeks weight lost. Some of the weight loss is down to My Fatsecret and my new buddies inspiring me. Messages and journal post have been inspiring.
Just passed another goal of 4 stone weight loss, The next goal is to get to 19 stone. For those who don't know I was losing weight before I joined My Fatsecret. Joining My Fatsecret as helped so much.
Where I live in deepest Derbyshire there is a upbeat saying onwards & upwards. I am going to change it for my weight losing exploits and say ONWARDS & DOWNWARDS.
