Don’t know how but the past two weeks I’ve managed to tank my blood sugar… woke up with it consistently at 3.2 and measured it around 5.4 after eating. Got a doctors appointment incoming very soon to find out why!
I did find out tho that if your blood sugar is too low your body stores calories and fat… so I guess all my dieting was for naught! Sad!
