Recording this weight kind of scares me. I just don't feel like this amount of loss is reasonable or correct. I have been doing really good with my eating and I've been walking every day this week.

I told someone the other day that I had lost alomost 5 lbs and the asked if I was pregnant... because you lose before you gain. Now I'm worried about that. I don't think I am and I'm usually really good about knowing when I am. We'll see I guess.

I don't think you should worry about the numbers TOO much, I know that my friend who is 250+ was saying she didn't see the numbers, but it's showing in inches. Also, if you're doing more physically, the muscles that grow in weigh more than fat, so you could be switching fat for muscle thus making the scale not show your results as you'd expect them. I would just keep on doing what your doing and try not to get discouraged. It will pay off.
