Ugh! Lost .2 pounds but I don't know why not a bit more since I did exercise more than I logged in. But oh well, I stayed under 1500 calories and ate pretty healthy except for the popcorn which was delicious.

Taco Tuesday so I will make some tacos stuff wrapped in Iceberg lettuce, yum. I make Asian style tacos with Ginger and a low cal Asian sauce with a big kick to it.

Coffee time. I am relying way too much on coffee as my new image says.

Coffee helps keep my cravings away and I need to rely on it a bit more! My scale keeps going up up and away :/

Coffee is good. For me it's coffee or Prozac. Coffee is cheaper with no side effects.

you know Jillian, I really like the taste of coffee and as a wine snob, you taste with the nose so, I do love the Aroma as well. If it keeps your cravings away that's cool. I just seem to crave peanut butter and banana on multigrain bread when I have coffee with French Vanilla.

Haha, that makes sense. I think it ks the caffeine that helps as well as extra fluid, I can only drink so much water in a day.
