After meals yesterday, put back on 0.3kg but its minimal. Another 42hr fast to go, but may end up being more like 38hrs if I eat Breakfast tomorrow morning. I tend to measure 1.2kg average lighter the day after fasting so hoping to be 109.1kg or a tad less. Saturday/Sunday, ill be eating 5 meals in total and ill restart 42hr fasting after Sundays meal. Plan is to maintain the loss Ive got till Monday morning weigh in then after another 3 x 42hr fasts hoping to lose another approx 2.5kg that week. So that should get me down to 106.5kg. My current lightest has been 108.1kg. If only I could continue for another week, get myself another 2.5kg loss, then ill have got my 5 stone weight loss badge lol. One thing at a time.. got to get through today first not eating..
