Weigh In
Found the scale under the bedroom tallboy-dusted it off and weighed in today-blessed saints! 143 lbs! That's is surprising given my travel diet of pizza, pretzels, frozen custard and gin! I am so grateful and keenly aware that I dodged a fat bullet.
Journaling my food and exercise is really helping me stay on track-duh! I am more conscious of my food decisions when I know I have to actually see what they cost me in calories and fat. Same thing with exercise-if I walk to work instead of driving I can log an extra 200 calories burned. Feels good.
So far I have stayed well in spite of both SU and stepchild having the flu. The beast is in heaven because SU is on the sofa and beast got his spot in bed all week. I enjoyed it too-love seeing that monkey face on the pillow next to me and he does not snore! I've slept very well this week, lol!
I have so much work to do-have to run.
