I started cleaning up my diet approximately 8 weeks ago and have lost some weight. I developed LPR and didn't want to keep taking pharmaceutical drugs for the rest of my life. In the beginning of this journey, I eliminated processed foods and replaced with healthy foods. Eliminated white rice and replaced with brown and started eating quinoa and kale. Then I stumbled upon this diet and it seemed to make more sense to me so I thought I'd try it. I started lowering my carb intake last week but didn't officially start watching my intake until yesterday.
