After 2 weeks of not knowing which way my weight was going I was relieved to find I had lost a little, but not too much as I am at where I want to be, rather than having put some back on which is what I was expecting. So my diet must be just about right now at around 1200-1400 kcals a day, as long as I keep up the exercise. Diabetic check with nurse in 3 weeks should help me find where I am in that respect, hopefully where I should be.
