After a month of the scales not moving (I wasn’t too hard on myself with my children being off school, maintenance was my main focus), the scales are finally on the down.

Keeping myself accountable has shown me that when I reach my goal, maintaining is possible, and a 3 lb gain is not the same as a 3 stone gain, I don’t have to just let myself return back to the way I was because of a small gain.

Remembering my goals and how far I have come is also helping.

196 lbs = 14 stone
182 lbs = 13 stone
168 lbs = 12 stone
165 lbs = 11.5 stone
