I just weighed in and wasn't surprised that I haven't lost anything. I messed up a little and it hurt me a lot!

But my Saturday is off to a good start. Maybe I am starting to learn from my mistakes. Looking forward to a productive August!

Staying the same is fine, just as long as you're learning something along the way. And, of course, any "steady" is better than a gain! Gosh....August!!! Have a good weekend.

I think you're ending the month okay. Not gaining is good as you've had a lot of opportunity to do. Don't forget you still have 1 more day in July! And if your learned anything so much the better. Have a great Sunday!
