Was a bit of a snack monster yesterday but managed to stay under my assigned calories and still did strength training and managed over 20K steps between the treadmill and errands. Still, macros were WAY off and I'm sure the extra lb. on the scale is water weight. Here's to a better week.

@MattRide I'm pretty sure you're right since I didn't go over my calories that particular day and I averaged 2388 calories per day for that week. I'm just still stuck in the whole mindset that the scale is all powerful and all knowing. It will pass 🙃
