I thought that I was doing everything right. I was eating right and I was exercising. But, I still didn't lose any weight this time. Instead I had gained a couple of pounds. I hope to lose around five pounds this week. I have been doing double the workouts, and limiting my snack intake. Now I am only eating two snacks a day instead of the usual three. And it's healthier options. I am trying my best, and I don't want to go backwards.

Make sure you’re getting your fluids in by drinking lots of water, Morgan. It’ll even out.

Exercise is good, but too much of a good thing can still be bad. Over exercising, especially intense exercise, can raise your cortisol.
