Before I left on June 15, I was creeping back up on the scale. By my calculations, I was 217 when I left for vacation, so the 214 figure is a real triumph for me. To have come home with a lower weight, without watching every morsel, shows me that choosing to avoid too many carbs, in particular the white stuff, is a good way to get where I want to be.
