Dr. Pradip Jamnadas (you tube) helped me understand that I am a sugar/carb junkie and has shown me how to break addiction. Dr. Jason Fung (you tube) has shown me the science of weight loss. I've learned WHY salads and low-carb veggies are good for you. I've learned WHY fruits are overrated. I am the type of person that HAS to know the science & see the actual studies.
