Since I was off for today, I decided to get some wood in the basement which entailed carrying wood down a set of bilco steps, not to mention loading the truck in sub-zero weather. I ate a pretty good lunch and did my workout with the boys. I rode my bike for 30 minutes. When I was getting out of my workout shorts, I decided to step on the scale and not look down... but I looked down anyway. Holy crap!! 245.2 lbs. I'm a happy camper today.
