9st 13.5 (half off at WW) Ok so the truth is I stayed the same on weigh in this morning but am now marking the 9st 13.6 as half off, even tho I'm away again tomorrow night for two nights this time, with a notoriously foody friend, and if all I can manage with one night away is to stay the same there's not much hope of avoiding a gain next Sat :-( I'm frankly disheartened by this week's results, I've been so good even whilst away, and since. I know it's better off than on but it feels like my effort isn't being rewarded, whilst at the same time everyone around me is making no effort and doing brilliantly! But I'm going to keep plugging away at it - I just hope that when I get there it won't be this hard to maintain it, it wasn't before but it feels like all the rules have changed in the last year!
