I lost my appetite yesterday ... I didn't eat enough ... I think I can attribute some of the loss to that. I don't know what's going on with my appetite ... I am watching it for now.

Good idea to keep a check on that. Just keep getting your protein and fats in and eat some leafy greens everyday. I don't want you to get sick again. I feel like a mama hen. LOL!

Jenn, personally going out to lunch tomorrow, will probably have a fried pork tenderloin. Who knows what else. Will have to adjust my other meals.
