Please keep in mind…. the only way to actually lose weight is by reducing the amount of food you eat. Exercise benefits overall health, strengthens and tones the body.

I appreciate the worry! I've cut my calories down too. But I think both in tandem are the best way to lose. And thanks everyone! I'm so glad I'm back on track with things 💜🥰💜💜

Agree QTFoxe! Energy balance is what weight of the scientific evidence tells us. How you get there is up to you. Calories in, calories out is what creates results at the end of the day. While i do agree that it csn be tough to outwork a bad diet, not using exercise as part of the equation is how people end up “skinny-fat”. Both are an important partnof the process. 😎
