The usual Monday weigh in. I should probably just quit weighing in on Mondays all together. I worked hard all weekend on our remodel and my husband fixed steak and potato last night. This is his typical Sunday night dinner. Apparently this meal always weighs heavy on my belly but by Tuesday morning, I'm back down to where I left off on Friday. Yup, I think I'm gonna be skipping Monday weigh-ins. Anyways, back to basics. Nothing but opportunity ahead!

Steak with just vegetables (the green beans, not potatoes, ever) in a small portion will not weigh you down. A little trick I try with portion size is to eat the same amount of food as a child, whether at home or even out.

I weigh in on Saturday Mornings. That way if I slip up on the weekend, I have a full week to make up for it. :)

maybe switch to Friday weigh-ins, that way sunday won't hurt you. I do Monday weigh-ins to try and keep myself from eating all weekend, course that didn't help me this last one but everybody slips one in a while
