39.2% b/f.. sort of hoped after yesterdays wild water swimming of 1.2km in freezing bloody water that id have lost some weight this morning. mind you broke the fast after the swim so at least not put any on. ill be doing another 36hr fast today so see where that gets me in next 2 weigh ins
