down .2 isn't a major shift that calls for confetti, BUT considering it's Monday morning and coming off a weekend full of celebrations and food, I'm calling this an incredible victory!!! plus this includes an ever so tiny . 01% increase in muscle. I tempered cravings, opportunity, and temptation mostly with restraint. And then a deep talk with my best friend about how hard it is to say no when she makes me a plate. we talked about social pressure and awkwardness of eating healthy. even took it further to explain how people are more encouraging and supportive of saying no to cake for example when I was around 200 lbs, but now that I'm in the 130s, if I say no thank you, I get scoffs or "live a little" remarks, basically an attempt to get me to conform to what everybody else is doing. well ya know what? We are WARRIORS my FS friends!!! this isn't easy, but it's worth it. our health is literally our most precious possession 💛 I'm gonna keep going 👊
