10st 1lb (1.5 off at WW) Good result on both counts, naturally I wish it was faster results for my efforts but slow and steady wins the race I guess. I promised myself a massage when I get back under ten stone so not far now but a difficult week ahead with eating out for my daughter's birthday today and tomorrow, and a fabulous treat on Thursday of a night in Bath at a place I always wanted to stay, with a visit to the Spa as well - just me going so no one else to shame me into good behaviour - or to coerce me out of it, is the other side of that coin I suppose! I'm so excited about going though :-)
