6 years, 1 divorce, 45lbs weight loss, 1 remarriage, 1 baby, and 50lbs weight gain later, I'm back. (Seems I lost some followers in that time - not unexpected)

We joined the local YMCA because they have a really good household rate and a day care. Our objective is to go twice a week until we've built a habit, and then slowly integrate more visits into our schedule. Yesterday we went swimming and tomorrow we will be going back for individual classes. Spin class for me.

Naw-Rúz was on Tuesday and there was a ton of food left over from the celebration that hubster insisted we bring home so as to not waste it. As such, meal planning has been waylaid until it's all gone.

I've already lost 8lbs since March 1st, but hadn't thought to weigh-in here. I think I can be down by pre-baby weight by mid summer if I'm focused. I'll have to lose about 3lbs a week to get there by the first of July, which I think is possible.

Anyway, here's my new family. <3
