lost one more pound. I'm okay with that because what I see is my weight chart still headed downward. Considering the holidays, we handled everything well. Including my new spaghetti squash lasagna that was a bit hit at the holiday dinner. I took it so we could stay on track but everyone loved my dish and it was the big hit at the dinner. This diet that was for my husbands heart health has been good for me. I am not getting cravings to eat and if I rarely do get a craving a handful of nuts will satisfy me and I'm okay. I can see my body shape changing a little bit, any change is good. I do not consider this a race but a life style change. Last night we had our grilled fish and asparagus. I am anxious to see what both mine and my hubby s blood work will be like at our next doctor visits.
