10st 2 (SS at WW) Pleased with both results this week, altho of course it would have been nice to lose at WW, staying the same was much better than putting on again! I didn't think I'd done very well this week, as the record will show (m'lud!) that after the Tuesday WW weigh in I did go a bit nuts! & most days this week I've been right up there using all my maintenance points, so I was surprised (especially with a rushed weigh in so not my usual routine) to lose a pound this morning, it's really inspired me not to be too lazy this weekend and lose the advantage :-) To that end altho the weather was foul this morning and I chose to defer my usual walk until I got back from a committee meeting this afternoon (which is a vastly increased risk of it not happening at all!) I did actually make sure I went as soon as I got in. I might do myself some sort of chart or graph in the kitchen to keep motivation up, 3lb to get back under ten st, then ideally another half stone before the beginning of May, in time for Geekfest - maybe a picture of Uhura to spur me on, so I'm "costume ready" in time!!
