Thanks @sugarplum_ , @kokokirby! This time around, things feel different. I'm placing a huge emphasis on a healthy calorie deficit and getting in some kind of workout every day, even if it's just a mile-long walk on the treadmill. I'm also monitoring my steps and working up to 10K a day. My workouts are short and intense and I focus mainly on calisthenics (high reps) and cardio bursts between sets. Last piece is protein. At least 100g a day, with some days being as high as 180g. So far it seems to be working out and I'm trying not to put too much emphasis on the scale, although it IS nice to see the numbers get smaller. I appreciate the support so much.
