A two pound loss in 4 days despite drinking more booze than I am used to. (Not getting trashed, just 5 days of social events where I had one or two drinks). I've cut way back on the grains, but not cut them out completely. I'm eating a little dairy as well. My plan is to transition to the Whole 30 plan slowly over the next few weeks, and the try to go hard core when I'm back from my trip on the 25th.
