12-30-14 We went to China Buffet and I behaved myself so well. Then on 12-31-14, my oldest son came over and cooked a spaghetti supper for us, my oldest daughter and her daughter who dropped by when they heard it was spaghetti night at the Marmon household. I did well. Proud of me. And now. on Happy New Year's Day, 1-1-2015, My scales said 255.0. Yea, me! I feel energized. I think my biggest "high" is because it's the week after Christmas and I'm still lower than I was when I started back before Thanksgiving. My loss is not outstanding, but it's a loss, nonetheless! YES! Happy New Year's Day to all of us! We will make it!
