Despites ups and downs with weight at MD office( as high as 228.7) was able to weigh in at MD Office 224. scale at home holding 222.4. yay!! Especially after a week of 3 birthdays with celebrations: was able to hold the carb levels and eating plan. Was able to have some desert tonight with low carb brownie I made with small amount of ice cream. Doing well over all, appetite reduced, not hungry and happy with nutrition plan
