10st 3lb (half lb on at WW) I was disappointed with the WW half pound because I don't feel I deserved that, but the 1.5lb at home is understandable after Christmas and Boxing Day! I am very proud of myself that today, when we had a Lord of the Rings film marathon day planned, I dragged myself out for my usual walk first thing. Although I confess when I first looked out the window at the temperature and howling wind in the trees I did jump straight back into bed for another ten minutes before I actually decided to go for it! It was a good opportunity to listen to my new Melissa Etheridge CD I had for Christmas too :-) Back to work Monday unfortunately, didn't get any time off this year in new job, but it's probably no bad thing to get back into the normal routine and get back on track with losing the weight. A happy and healthy, focussed and positive New Year to you all!
