Heaviest I've been. Really enjoying exercise at the moment. I've been told that I've been accidently sabotaging myself with exercising too much and eating too little. So I'm back to check in with those Macros, eat more protein and make sure that THIS TIME will be the winning time.

Exercising too much? I wouldn't worry about that! As long as you are physically and mentally fit and enjoying it, why not! But, yes, you must fuel your body as your training schedule demands. Getting the balance right is the challenge.
