I'm glad you got the help you needed. You're not a quitter. You're doing what is best for you and your recovery and that is great. I'm proud of you and do what you need to do, so you don't slip back into that mind set.

Was noticing how long since your last post and that is amazing on how your weight hasn't changed alot. You aren't stressing over every little calorie which is something I wish I could do also. I weigh everything and always scared I'm going to gain. How did you get pass that feeling ? That need to weigh and count calories? To weigh all the time?

Great job!!! I started a food diary on here not to watch my weight or calories or any of that weight loss “goals”. I’m keeping track of my carbs to better take care of my diabetes. The rest is interesting, but that’s what I’m looking at. Do what is best for you and I wish you the very best in your journey!!!!

I'm glad you are getting some therapy. Hopefully your nutritionist can help you get to your goal weight. It's certainly possible to get there without weighing or tracking. However, it is much harder. But if you go by your food is 20% joy, it will help since 80% will give you no joy and probably be healthy. I do the 80/20 split myself.

I track on here for my personal knowledge but am not dieting, restricted for anything , its not a life I wish to live truly happy for you it takes alot to figure it out

Great to read that you are now on the right road to a healthy life, both physically and mentally. Keep believing in yourself. Your are obviously no quitter.
I have been recording and daily food choices for several years now, to keep my health on track. It’s a good app for that. I also enjoy the community here.

You are making a great choice for you. Constant weighing, measuring, scale obsession, exercise obsession is another form of eating disorder for many.
