12-24-2014 12:30PM... weighing in at 255.0. I was so shocked, I stepped back and back up on scales again. Yup, that's what it said! My husband is pleased. He tells me that my weight is not a problem to him; that he loves me just like I am, he just worries about my health. Then he says, "If you think for 1 minute that you can die and leave me with this mess, You are crazy!" Our family is very close, except for our baby...He and his wife are 33 years old and living permanently in Japan, teaching English as a 2nd language. Very happy. But the rest of our 4 kids live within 10 miles of us so we are in each others pockets, literally all the time. We are retired so we are taxi service for everyone. I adore all my grandchildren and we are fortunate to have 4 children and their spouses who love us as much as we love them. Both my daughters have weight issues, and weight loss is as hard for them as it is for me. I'm going to try to get my family to raise a communal vegetable garden this upcoming year. There is a lot of untapped labor there. We could benefit from the work, financial savings, and the fresh organic veggies. I'll let y'all know how that goes. My pessemistic husband is just shaking his head. Merry Christmas and good luck with the diet during the Holidays.
