10st 1.5lb (1.5 off at WW) Pleased that seems to have made up for last week at WW at least :-) I've been really hungry this week, and then whenever I ate, even a really filling meal, I'd find I was really hungry again soon after. I didn't know if it was because I ended up eating really late a couple of nights, or if it was from missing breakfast a few times in preparation for meals out or other indulgences, or something else? Anyway, it's always a worry then that you'll have struggled with the hungry feeling all week and then have no results on the scales, so I'm glad that wasn't the case this week. I've set the Wii to stay the same over the next couple of weeks - no sense setting myself up to fail over Christmas! Have a great Christmas y'all :-)

When I was working evenings last June and July we had to eat very late (11-midnight). Weight loss was a disaster and it seemed like I was always hungry. Fixed all that and now I'm good.
