FBS still up 158, 16 hr. intermittent fasting, Carbs at 100 or less, weight going down, energy going up. Added additional Metformin with Berberine. Ate chilli family made yesterday, had coconut sugar in it.. good but need to stay away from all sugar. probably why FBS high along with liver detoxing.

HS BS 112. I've found my FBS goes up and is higher after 12-16 hr fast. will need to watch trend
