Someone else on here said that to get their 8 glasses a day they drank one when they got up, one with each meal, and one when they went to bed. That left just 3 glasses to work in during the day....maybe that would help? Hang in there....go drink a big glass of water! :)

Here is something I've done to keep drinking water. It's a bit strange but it worked very well. Yet I did have to pee constantly after I got it going. lol
Here it is....Every time you go to the restroom you drink a glass of water.
now mind you rather quickly you will be in the restroom quite a lot! good luck with your yo-yo

I use a phone app which reminds me throughout the day to hydrate.

I didn't like to drink water, abut ten years ago someone told me to fill my soft drink bottle with water and freeze it, by doing that I cut out the soft drinks now I am drinking more water

Try drinking most of the water by 7PM, so it has enough time to get out of your system.

I keep an old Gatorade 1 liter bottle filled with water at my desk at home and a lidded cup with straw at work so that I always have water right at hand. Doing this I tend to drink a lot more water than if I rely on getting a drink in the kitchen.

Here is some motivation for you. We have been telling my mother in law to drink water for years, but she barely sips one 16 oz bottle a day. As a result she finally got dehydrated, got a UTI, got dizzy and passed out... 26 stitches in her temple, loss of 2 units of blood and after 1 week in the hospital she is looking at 3 weeks in rehab. Motivated yet? DRINK! I just buy a case of water and put it next to my desk at work. 1 with bfast, 1 for car ride to work, 1mid morn, 1 for lunch, 1 mid afternoon,1 for gym, 1 for ride home, and 1 with supper. 8 x 16 = 128 ounces per day.

I am restarting my hydration as well. The frequent washroom visits aside, I am enjoying water once again. I drink it at room temperature and keep a 4 Litre jug beside me so that I can refill my glass every time it's empty. I need to keep it close to remind me to keep refilling my glass - if I keep it in the fridge or in another out of sight location I will forget about drinking it.
