For several weeks, due to illness and crazy work requirements/travel, I didn't log my foods and exercising. I also didn't follow my diet well when I wasn't holding myself accountable on FatSecret. Finally, I had about two weeks where I didn't go to the gym at all... or barely went... as a result of my illness or physically being no where near the gym.

All said, however, there was no major backsliding on the scale. I maintained pretty well over the short term - mainly because my illness also made my appetite next to nil. While I ate mostly crap, it was much smaller than normal quantities of crap. So, bounce-back weight gain did not happen, though my fitness level and muscle firmness did suffer. I'm more easily winded now, less able to keep up in classes, and honestly, more jiggly than I was a few weeks ago.

Now since I am getting back on track, though, this should be remedied shortly and hopefully weight loss will resume. (And I'm hoping the lack of backsliding here means my "set weight" benchmark has been reset by my body to this newer, lower number! If I *must* plateau, I'd rather plateau at 185 than 200! It's all downhill from here!)
