Gray, misty, 40's. Supposed to be in the 50's for the weekend, liking that forcast better than freezing.  

That does sound better. I actually got to take a bike ride today after just short little spurts because of the rain. We need it but it does mess up my exercise schedule since biking is a major part of it for me.  

Hooray for feeling more motivated! I got outside yesterday for a sweet 3 mile walk in between bouts of rain. I have been enjoying the rain as it has been so needed here in So Cal. Today the rain has stopped, the sky is blue with white and gray puffy clouds. Sunshine is a mood lifter for me. More power to you and your increased motivation.  

Great loss 

My motivation right now is giving myself a nice Christmas present...being a little lighter and healthier. :) 

Motivation is a good thing you will be back under 200 and even more than that by Christmas 

Good for you getting out for a walk, would definitely brighten a gray day! 

Our weather is cold, wet, and yucky. I'm actually going to stay in and work on my crochet projects tomorrow instead of my daily walk. I've been out all week in it and Daisy hates getting wet too. Saturday should be better. Maybe I'll dig out the Christmas tree and put it up. First time in 4 years I've felt like it. 

Foggy here with an ever so light misting of rain! Invigorating :) I walked in it & found ! walked farther than usual.LOL Glad to here about your loss (Wow,that sounded strange) & that it proved to be motivation for you:)

Love it!! Spent the whole misty gray day yesterday hauling decorations from the attic and putting up the tree. Fell into bed exhausted @ 8:30. Left the grandkids watching movies. 13 yo triplets and 14 yo. Old enough to do that. Still have tons of stuff to either put back in their boxes or find a home for today. Then an ice rink trip this afternoon before hauling the kids home. Anther misty gray morning, thankful it's warm enough not to be ice.
