my weight is still the same nd im happy. i tell you weght never ever go up ,ill kill you seriously. yesterday i ate lots of bad stuff,(pringles/ice tea/breakfast from spurs 3 cheesy bites,lord !!! I went to gym did 2 hrs to various exercises including 45 minutes of Taibo and stomach workouts.
anyways ill survive. the p/trainer really made me work yesterday and im happy about that. i cant wait to go down to size 38. i was size 44 when i 1st started my journey. ya ill be very happy. the challenge come just like now some of my nice nice clothes are loose yo i look very bad in them . mjy work uniform is sooo loose man !!! ill have to buy clothes now of which buying clothes is the thing of the past for me bcecause i had so many of them.
but its a new start ill just focus and keep going on. i will replace those clothes anytime.i wish my self all the best and i have to stop this thing of sometime eating junk like yesterday
