Yay! I might have fallen down (figuratively) a few times, but I got back up and took control to fight back. I managed to lose weight and I hope I can keep it up. HANG IN THERE, Y'ALL!! Don't Give Up!

P.S. Look at my food log to see what I mean :) LOL

Oh yeah, it could be that my scale could be wrong. It's an analog scale, and not a digital, so it could be that I lost less weight, but I see 4 pounds less.

Awesome. I am wishing you success, young man. I know you will make your goal in no time. BTW: I know there are a quite a few younger support buddies on here that could use a buddy. I think you would be a great to have in their corner and them in yours. Please take my advice" with a grain of salt , I read your bio, a girl should not care about what you are like on the outside, but person you are inside. Why? Because it just leads to disappointment, trust me as I lived over 40 decades. J.J.
