Hovering at -60 pounds. I am actually very happy that my trainer is working with me on aspects like strength, stability, and balance. There is great improvement in these areas. He keeps mixing up my exercises and is doing a great plan with me. Once I get through this phase and my foot completely heals, I can increase my cardio and attack my food intake with 100% clean eating. I'm thinking of doing a whole30 or going paleo. It's very similar to how I eat most of the time . ... . For now, I'm trying to come up with tolerable ways to cook veggies. I like them raw but once they get mushy, I have an issue. I want to make gourmet looking vegan meals. Mine look like a big pile of mush! Oh well. Hope you are all well. Today is a day off from school, hope I can have a nice day with my kids! If you're looking to make your veggies fancier, try taking a look at Heidi Swanson's 101cookbooks dot com. She features almost exclusively vegetarian dishes, (which could be made vegan with a few substitutions) and has some great ideas for how to dress up your vegetables!

thanks sweet2th! i will take a look! i just don't know how to make delicious veggie foods; i love veggies but i don't know what goes wrong when i cook them!
