10st 7.5lb (1.5 on at WW) Well that's the limit reached at WW now, any more on and I have to start paying. They've started selling Fitbits too and Jon offered to get me one as early Xmas prez to try and inspire me, so I've been looking into them all week. From Wednesday I've been making a proper effort, tho still not as active as I should be but week one of the seven week WW challenge I've just chosen to focus on tracking anyway so that's ok, I think activity will increase next week and especially now that I have bought the fitbit one! I was very surprised and pleased that I lost a pound this week after not a full week's effort, so that's helped with the motivation too. I also started taking some evening primrose oil to help with PMS symptoms that I think were likely to be contributing to my feeling sorry for myself for too much of the month, and eating accordingly!
