I strictly don’t eat pap, bread and rice. I do calorie counting. Honestly I’m a person who hates cooking.. so in the morning at 7:30 I take my green tea...then at 10am I usually have my pineapple ginger lemon smoothie.. at 13:00 I’ll have two boiled eggs and an apple or something. At 16:00 I take my second and last cup of green tea.. at 18:00 I take cup of water with 1tbsp of Apple Cider vinegar.. 19:30 dinner time, they usually cook pap and chicken/beef/liver or whatever.. so I just use a bowl to eat the chicken/beef/liver/hake whatever that’s being served with pap but excluding it. The 21:00 glass of warm water then off to bed. The Apple cider works wonders in suppressing my appetite. NB: I never skip anymore, nor take steps.. I have been so lazy to.. I need motivation to resume. So basically it’s just calorie counting, using small bowl, and 2l of water daily.😊

The last time I skipped was weeks and weeks back. I’m not currently physically active. I think I will continue losing the last 10kg diet wise. Then I’ll join the gym January, to build some muscles.
