Time to climb back on board the "stick to it" train. Been fluctuating so much in the last year or so. Started with the IT Band issues and not being able to exercise as much as I wanted. Fortunately, my weight didn't go up too much...only 25 lbs. from my lowest of 180. I want to get back down to that level. I feel that I look emaciated at that weight. It's mostly because of all the loose skin as a result of losing 150 lbs. But, I want to be that low...or even lower. Time to do it.
