how do you guys deal with " outside" food? As in I had a work event yesterday. It was all BBQ. I gained 1.2 pounds since yesterday. Obviously there's no way for me to measure or weigh portions or check ingredients when I'm not cooking. The 1.2 pounds isn't a big deal, but tomorrow I have a wedding shower. Again, this will be at a restaurant. Any tips? I don't want to be THAT person bringing a scale! 😂
